judge them by their shoes

this collection is the result of ten years photographing people’s shoes, including my own. there are no faces and no names, only shoe. each pair carries the weight of a life, and each photograph becomes a portrait without a face. shoes reveal how a person walked, where they stood, and what they left behind. some are buried, some are discarded, but all of them speak.
